John Geraci

In the past 10 years, John Geraci has been the president/COO of IMI, a $100M public software and services company. He recently retired from a position as executive VP of Field Operations of Advent Software, a $170 million-dollar global software company.

Geraci spent three years as the EVP and COO of Blessing White. He also helped start a sales training company, The Complex Sale, training more than 2,000 technology sales reps in 30 countries.

Geraci graduated from USMA (West Point) in 1974. He left the military in 1980, moving into sales and marketing in the then embryonic software business. After five years as an individual contributor, he has held successive management positions ranging from sales manager to company president, including a SVP position running eight European countries while living in Paris.
