The focus of our workshops are on facilitation not platform instruction. Although most sales training courses are FUN to attend, the material is often forgotten. We make the assumption that senior sales teams have had previous experience in some strategic methodology and have read Hope is Not a Strategy. Therefore we spend our time applying these concepts to your company's sales cycles and real active accounts.
